Simply Business £1k holiday vouchers competition terms & conditions

1. The promoter for the purposes of this competition is Simply Business, Company registration number: 03967717, whose registered offices is at 99 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7NG ("we", "us" or "our") are the promoter. By entering into this competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
3. We may cancel or amend any competition, competition information, or these terms and conditions without prior notice.
4. All entries must be made online using the form on the relevant competition page.
5. Only one entry per person per household, all entrants must be 18+
6. The opening date for entries is 01/08/2019. The closing date of the competition is 31/08/2019. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not completed or received for any reason.
8. The winner(s) will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process OR supervised by an independent person from all those entrants who have selected the correct answer or completed the task in line with the entry requirements.
9. The winner will receive £1000 of TUI holiday vouchers.
10. No cash alternative to prizes is available. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
11. If, for any reason, an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
12. If you win, we will notify you within 30 days of the closing date by e-mail, and you must provide a postal address to claim your prize. If you do not respond to us within 7 days of receipt of our notification we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
13. The prize will be sent to the winner(s) by post within 30 days of providing their postal address following the notification that they have won.
14. Our decision regarding any aspect of the competition will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
15. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
16. Your details will be collected via encrypted data solely for the purposes of this prize draw and deleted once the prizes have been sent to the winners.
17. We will not pass on your details to a third party without your consent.
18. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prizes to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
19. We reserve the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend or amend this promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
20. Insofar as is permitted by law, we, our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prizes, except where it is caused by the our negligence, or that of our agents or distributors or their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
21. The competition will be governed by English law and entrants to the competition submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
22. The winner will be contacted by email and will need to prove that they are a business owner, by confirming the business registration number or a tax reference number.
