£25 Gift Card terms & conditions

About the offer

The £25 Gift Card promotion is a £25 reward to be sent to a customer after the successful purchase of a new insurance policy. For a definition of ‘successful’, please keep reading.

Voucher description: “£25 Gift Card with your insurance”

Eligible customers will receive their reward via email within 45 days of their policy start date.

The Reward

Customers eligible for a reward following a successful referral will be sent a unique link to a third party vendor’s website to redeem a Gift Card for the reward value, which is non-negotiable and non-exchangeable. Customers will have a choice of retailers from which to choose their e-Voucher including Amazon.co.uk, Asda and Just Eat. Instructions and terms for how to redeem Gift Cards for the individual retailers are available on the fulfilment website when you select your Gift Card. The link to redeem your Gift Card will expire after 90 days. You acknowledge that we will share your personal data with our third party vendor and any retailer you chose to redeem your voucher with, for the purposes of your reward redemption.

Qualification for the reward

This offer is available to new customers who purchase a business, shop or landlord insurance policy from Simply Business and have a valid voucher code or a qualifying email offer between 01/09/2023 and 01/09/2024.

The customer must quote a valid Simply Business voucher code when purchasing over the telephone. The voucher code should relate specifically to the promotion received, which may have its own separate terms and conditions.

The customer isn’t eligible for the reward if they can only quote these terms and conditions and not a valid voucher code.

The customer must not have had an active insurance policy with Simply Business in the 12 month period prior to purchasing their policy to be eligible for the reward.

The customer’s insurance policy must still be active 21 days after the policy start date with the initial instalment or full policy premium successfully paid to be eligible for the reward.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and may only be used once per customer.

Amends to the reward scheme

Simply Business reserves the right to withdraw this offer if, in our judgement, the offer is being abused. Simply Business also reserves the right to change or amend the reward and the structure of the offer at any time. Any decision made by Simply Business with regards to this offer is final.
