We deal with an average of around 800 claims every month, and this year we expect to deal with a total of 10,000.

That’s why we’re delighted to announce that Mi Claim is now available to Simply Business customers. It’s a new online claims tracking tool, providing a secure portal to check the progress of your claim and send questions to your claims handler.
Once you’ve contacted us to register your claim, if your claim is eligible you’ll be given access to the service.
You can then log into your account from your mobile, tablet or computer to check how far we’ve got and to see if we’re waiting for any more information.
Mi Claim also provides a place for you to upload material to support your claim, including videos, photos, receipts and invoices. Plus, there are hints, tips and handy articles in the advice section.
This nifty new service is designed to make the award-winning Simply Business claims process faster and smoother, and cut the amount of time you need to spend speaking to your claims handler. It helps us keep you informed every step of the way, and it means we’re settling claims more efficiently.
