Why do you need cyber insurance?

This offers cover up to £25,000 for all cyber-related indemnity claims and costs combined during the policy period. You’ll also get access to a 24/7 cyber support helpline, because we know that acting fast is vital when you think you might be a victim of a cyber attack.

How much does cyber insurance cost?

*Cyber insurance cover is available as an additional product to a main public liability or professional indemnity policy and cannot be purchased on its own. It costs £155.84 annually for cyber Insurance – equivalent to £14.87 per month (inclusive of IPT and interest for spreading payments).

What’s the claims process?
- contact Cyber Scout – report the incident to our claims partner at Cyber Scout as soon as possible, either online or by phone on 0808 502 3658
- fill in the gaps – a dedicated claims handler will work with you to understand what happened
- review your claim – your claim will be assessed, and you’ll be contacted if further documentation is needed
- decision – once all details are provided, a decision and any options will be given
