Don’t take our word for it, here’s what our customers say about us…

“Very satisfied. I have been with them since I started my business in 2014. They are easy to contact if I have a query and the response is prompt.”

Viking, May 2026

“The agent was fantastic and so helpful – they go and find out the answers to the question. This is the reason I always recommend Simply Business to anyone who needs insurance.”

Noelle, August 2026

“Had excellent service over many years. Easy access to advisors on the phone and friendly, efficient service.”

Rhian, August 2026

“Staff are always friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Competitive prices and good cover too.”

 Wen, June 2026

“Richard was so easy to talk to and understood what I needed, making sure I was protected properly which is what I worry about in my field of work. Thank you for helping and giving me peace of mind to do my job.”

Claire, August 2026

“I have just renewed my public liability insurance and updated my payment method over the phone. Both agents were friendly and efficient, taking the time to understand and discuss my needs at an unrushed pace. This is in my opinion great customer service and many call centres could take a leaf out of Simply Business’s approach!”

 Misty, June 2026

“Pretty seamless cancelling process. Pretty happy with the service and overall experience.”

Alex, April 2026

“Very helpful and pleasant assistant. And I saved a lot of money compared to a quote from a more traditional broker.”

Chris, May 2026

“Great customer support during the renewal process.”

Anonymous, June 2026

“Reliable broker for business insurance.”
