Multi-Property Landlord Discount T&Cs

About the offer

The Residential Landlord Policy Discount is an offer that allows eligible existing customers to
receive a discount of up to 10% on the premium of an additional new Residential Landlord
insurance policy.
We expect around 60% of customers who qualify for and request this offer will obtain the maximum 10% discount, and the reminder between 0 and 9% (with less than 5% receiving no discount).

The Discount

The discount available is up to 10% of the total premium for the eligible policy and available
offline only. The discount is non-negotiable and non-exchangeable. The maximum total
discount available under this offer is £100 per eligible policy. The discount will be applied
directly to the policy premium at the time of purchase.

Qualification for the Discount

This offer is available to existing Simply Business customers who purchase an additional new
business Residential Landlord insurance policy, subject to the following conditions:

● Policy Eligibility: The discount applies exclusively to new Residential Landlord
insurance policies.
● Prerequisite: The customer must have at least one live, active Landlord insurance
policy with Simply Business at the time of purchasing the additional policy.
● Application: The discount is only available on the second and subsequent new policies
purchased by the customer, and not on the first policy taken out by the customer. The
discount will apply only to the first year of an eligible policy and not apply to subsequent
renewals.
● Request Method: This discount is available for offline purchases only. The customer
must call Simply Business to purchase the additional policy and must specifically request
the discount at the time of purchase to be eligible. The discount will not be applied
automatically.
● Offer Period: The discount is available on eligible policies purchased up to and
including 31st December 2025.
● Exclusions: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or
promotion and may only be applied once per eligible additional policy.

Amends to the Discount Scheme

Simply Business reserves the right to withdraw this offer if, in our judgement, the offer is being
abused. Simply Business also reserves the right to change or amend the discount and the
structure of the offer at any time. Any decision made by Simply Business with regards to this
offer is final.
