With a Chiswell employers’ liability policy you’ll get up to £10 million in cover.

Claims with Chiswell

If you buy a Chiswell policy through us, any claim you make will be looked after by the Simply Business claims team. The team is the best place to start if you do need to make a claim.

Should your claim be successful, we'll be in touch to ask for your bank details. We'll then request payment within 24 hours, and it will usually come through by Bacs. In some cases Chiswell may handle the claim personally, but don't worry, we'll let you know if that's going to happen.
