'Bigger business' £300 gift card terms and conditions

About the offer

Offer description: “Bigger Business £300 gift card with your business insurance” offer via a direct mail letter campaign.

Promoter: Xbridge Limited t/a Simply Business, a company registered in England and Wales with number 03967717 and registered address at Sixth Floor, 99 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7NG (“Simply Business”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

A gift card reward (“gift card”) worth £300 will be provided to each eligible customer that successfully purchases a new commercial combined business insurance policy from us on or after 1 March 2023 in accordance with these terms and conditions. Subject to satisfying the qualification criteria below, eligible customers will receive a link to redeem their gift card via email within 60 days after their policy start date.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and is limited to one gift card per customer. The gift card is non-negotiable and non-exchangeable, and is subject to the vendor’s terms and conditions.

Qualification for the reward

To qualify for the £300 gift card, customers must:

• be a commercial business in the wholesale or manufacturing industry that purchases a commercial combined business insurance policy from Simply Business with a premium of at least £1000;
• purchase their commercial combined business insurance policy on or after 1 March 2023 via the telephone number 0330 165 4997; and
• continue to have their active commercial combined business insurance policy in place and paid for at least 45 days after the policy start date (“Initial Period”), with the full premium (or, if funded by Direct Debit, the first two monthly premium instalments) for the policy successfully paid.

Customers aren’t eligible for the £300 gift card if they:

• do not purchase their commercial combined business insurance via the telephone number 0330 165 4997; or
• have had another active business insurance policy with Simply Business in the 12-month period prior to purchasing their commercial combined business insurance

Simply Business employees are not eligible for this gift card reward.

Redeeming the reward

Following a successful purchase of commercial combined business insurance from Simply Business, eligible customers will be sent a unique link to a third party vendor’s website to redeem a gift card for the reward value. The gift card link will be issued to customers that satisfy the qualification criteria within 15 days after the end of the Initial Period.

Customers will have a choice of retailers from which to choose their gift card including Amazon.co.uk, Screwfix and many others. Instructions and terms for how to redeem gift cards for the individual retailers are available on the fulfilment website when you select your gift card. The link to redeem your gift card will expire after 90 days. You acknowledge that we will share your personal data with our third party vendor and any retailer you chose to redeem your voucher with, for the purposes of your reward redemption.

Changes to the reward scheme

Simply Business reserves the right to change or amend the reward and the structure of the offer at any time (including a withdrawal of this offer if, in our opinion, the offer is being abused). Any decision made by Simply Business in connection with this offer is final.
