After phoning up to cancel my first policy and to start a new one instead on the renewal date l received an email saying the payment would be taken for the policy that should have been cancelled so l do not think a lot of your service and had to get in touch with simply business again!🙄

Thank you for your feedback. I apologise for any inconvenience or upset that has been caused. 

I have checked our systems and unfortunately I am unable to locate an email to that effect. I can see that we forwarded you conformation that we will not automatically renew your previous landlord insurance policy. This should have been received yesterday. 

I again apologise for the potential mix up with the emails, but I can confirm that we will not be renewing your previous insurance policy and it will run and lapse on the 6th of May 2018, ready for your new policy to take over the next day.
