Really good so far - the call operative was helpful and cheerful. I needed reassurance to make sure I was making the right decision in changing insurance provider. Haven't had to make a claim and hope that never happens.

The advisors seem to struggle understanding my lime of work and how to correctly classify it. Only because a colleague of mine used them I knew they were incorrect & even the explanation was imsufficient. They told me they do not do peofessional indemnity & despite clearly stating I do not give financial advice they still assummed I did.
