Your customer account is the best place to manage your policy. Once you’ve signed in, you’re able to:

  • Check your policy details
  • Download your documents
  • View your renewal information
  • Edit your contact details (email, phone number)
  • Update your payment details
  • Add multiple policies into your account
  • Speak with our digital assistant for help & support

You can make changes to your policy or make a claim with the links below if you’re unable to access your customer account.
