Whether it’s a role in our Northampton Contact Centre, or you’re part of our London team, our success comes from the people working here. And because that’s worth protecting, we’re focused on building a top place to work, where Mondays are just another day – one of the better days, even.
We enjoy smashing apart the musty insurance stereotype. We keep our clothes casual, our offices bright, our structure open and our management on the ground. Our executive team (if they need the label) sit in amongst it, just like everyone else.
But it’s not just about doughnut runs (although that helps). Since kicking off in 2005, we’ve been building a team that spans two offices – one customer-facing and one that looks after things like our Tech and Marketing teams, along with HR and product specialists. Plus loads more. And the best thing is, a lot of these teams span both offices. We make it all work with great communication, plus a few fancy gizmos.

Not everyone knows where their best talents lie so we get to know our people. We aim to discover their motivations and what excites them, so we can tailor an individual career path.

Not sure what we mean by ‘Agile’? That’s fine. It’s a relatively new way of working, and it’s helped us achieve great things, requiring teams to continually assess every project throughout its cycle, and giving ourselves room to change tack, refine and park (where necessary). We spread projects across a set of dedicated ‘track’ teams, all working simultaneously to deliver projects in stages.
Everyone has a say and can share it in our retrospective, stand-up and show and tell sessions, where the emphasis is on having a voice, or a pen, and using it.

We know what it’s like to be just starting out. In fact, we seem to have it woven into our DNA. So when it comes to internships, we’re keen to spot new talent. You’ll need a receptive mind, a willing pair of hands and a bit of spark to help us get to know you.
Other than that, we’re pretty open! In terms of your experience, we usually look for final year students who have an interest (and relevant qualification or degree) in software engineering, insurance, marketing or finance.
