We were the first insurer to allow our customers to notify us of claims online. Our speedy reaction to the London riots allowed our customers to get back to business as usual as soon as possible. Our employees are passionate about helping the community and as a business we encourage this. For example, our management team were involved in volunteering at a homeless shelter which they found both challenging and rewarding.

We have adopted an agile way of working which has seen a 400% increase in productivity, increased happiness in the business and a simplified development process.
