Simply Business is a reliable insurance company, there when you need them. But hopefully we will never need them. I must say that I was a little disapointed with the renewall charge that I had to pay this time, I did feel that it was a bit too high.

Thank you for your feedback. The renewal process is automatically generated with the same insurer you had the year before. This is because we know that you have previously agreed to a contract with them.
We can see if any of our other insurers can offer you a cheaper policy. I will arrange for one of our agents to contact you to discuss this with you.

I rate them as poor as clearly the left hand and the right within the business do NOT communicate.
Let me explain. I ran a search for Professional Indemnity insurance, which delivered a number of results. The lowest cost being £165. Simply Business rang me and offered me a policy for £195, I declined and went back to take up the policy through the websearch.
When the papers came through this was STILL through Simply Business. Go figure!
In addition after the first call they called a further four times, all different agents of their business, with no idea I'd already been contacted.
Moving forwards I have both Public Liability & Professional Indemnity, as separate policies with their business, however know that I have now paid over the odds and will look to change this on renewal.

Thank you for giving us further feedback. There is no need to have separate policies for both types of cover and so I am sure that the call you receive from our customer services team will result in a cheaper and better outcome.
We are flexible and changes can be made to policies, so please don't think you have to wait a year to review things.
