Thank you for feeding back to us. I'm sorry that the payment was taken at an inconvenient time, our continuous cover payments do sometimes come out quite early. There's two or three emails sent to you before hand to let you know but if you prefer I can opt you out of this process for next year?

I recently updated my insurance to increase public liability cover. I was very happy with the whole process. Those I spoke to were friendly, efficient and understanding of my needs. I would have given a rating of excellent if I had not had to use an 0845 number to call. I find this quite annoying and inconvenient.
