I was almost harassed into taking the policy out and no regard was taken of my circumstances and lack of knowledge about being a landlord!
You can be confident that Simply Business gives you the best quotes for your business needs. Even when I call up to discuss any changes they have always been extremely helpful and polite and have made sure that I understand any adjustments in my policy. Now that I can renew online it certainly makes things easier as there's no excuse to forget as they give you a polite prompt when it's time to renew.
Checking your policy on-line is easy too. I've never had a problem and I can relax knowing that I'm safe in their hands and I've been offered the best price for my needs. This has certainly given me peace of mind! Thank you SB!!

Good website and service but payment taken 8 days before policy was due for renewal, which I feel is inappropriate. Also disappointed that having 'never' made a claim, the cost of my policy increased by 10% this year.
Very friendly staff. Insured 2 houses landlords wanted it as 1 policy but couldn't. Also wanted to pay in 2 halfs, again couldn't.
