My landlord insurance was auto renewed prior to it coming to the due date,with the same company.No consideration was given to a better premium or policy,or if my or my tenants details had changed.Monies have been deducted from my account.This was completed by email, which I do not read everyday.I have had to chase yourselves using my time and telephone expense.Totally unacceptable,and poor customer service, by your systems.

Due to Simply Business enforcing ridiculous data protection rules I am unable to administer her affairs with Simply Business.
Common sense should be applied to matters involving a husband and wife.

My policies are all done automatically on line, but when I did phone up for some clarification, the staff knew their jobs, and did help me out ok.
