Very easy renewal process and competitive quotes.
Simply business take what is, essentially a very boring and sometimes confusing yet very important job - that could easily get pushed to the back of the list - and practically do it for me. I don't even have to remember to call them every year - they call and remind me its due, let me know the best quote and it's done in less than 5 minutes.
Evidence needs to ensure alternative quotes were investigated/obtained, one insurer quote on the renewal list made us feel it was a case of a basic renewal without investigating cheaper options. Therefore we needed to check alternatives had been looked at.

I asked your rep twice before taking out the insurance if you would send me the policy through the post as my printer is not working and I was going in hospital for a few days and I wanted to make sure I had everything sorted out. No policy details came through just a conformation letter. I was a returning customer. not sure if I will renew now.
