Thanks for your feedback. Three emails are sent to you before your policy is renewed, giving you a breakdown of price and the date of the payment. However I know these can be easy to miss in a sea of hundreds of emails, would you prefer to be opted out of this process for next year?

They automatically renewed my policy 9 days before it was due, when I had found a quote through the same company which were approximately 10% cheaper.

Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. Sometimes the insurers on our panel do increase their prices at renewal depending on previous claims that year and other factors. If you would rather speak to an adviser at your renewal stage; we can contact you and discuss your options over the phone and opt you out of automatic renewal if you'd prefer?

Have increased my policy by £150.00 after I made a claim and haven't even agreed to pay out the cost to cover the claim.Also dragging their feet with looking into the problem.I will not be renewing next year!

Thank you for feeding back to us. I can see an adviser has tried to contact you a few times this week to explain the renewal process and your direct debit, however they kept missing you. If you'd like us to cancel your renewal for you then please email customerservices@simplybusiness.co.uk and we can action this for you.
