I found that Simply Business was very helpful in explaining about the insurance I needed and it was very easy to get the insurance online. My only problem is downloading the 60 page document and would prefer this to be posted if possible please. Great service.

My policy was renewed automatically on 9th November, my premium increased from £68 per annum to £318 as there was a pending claim, I was told by one of your advisors in August that the insurance company would cover the claim and it was referred to a firm of solicitors. I was advised on 20th November that the insurance company would not cover the claim as I did not have the relevant insurance. I emailed simply business on the same day to ask for my premium to be recalculated as the claim is not covered under public liability. I have heard nothing from you. I would appreciate feedback to this query ASAP.
I am concerned that I originally thought I was covered for this claim and 4 months later I find I am not.

Being outside the country it was pleasing to know that Simple Business was able to modify its usual system to allow insurance arrangements to be made by email so that my loacl property agent could communicate with your agent to arrange payment
Simply business sent me 2 emails for a Shane McGowan with his business insurance policy details. I have emailed them twice stating this is not me and I have not applied for any insurance, therefore they have the wrong email address. I have had no acknowledgement as of yet. Please remove my email address from your data base
Generally good service, however I received an email stating they would contact me via phone to explain an issue and I have yet receive the call.

I have never had to use the services of Simply business since taking out the cover but have always found them efficient in terms of reminders and promptness of cover.
To renew the policy was a lot harder than it should have been and required me to question re-build costs in length to understand the level being applied to the policy was inaccurate. When increasing the policy jumped considerably but upon a return phone call it was in line with the original quote. I found the first operative rude, the second operative purely a sales person who could not answer any questions and only on the third call with a different operative was all resolved.
