They gave a range of quotes and shoed the main points of cover so I was able to choose the most competitive quote for my needs.
Simple and easy to deal with
I was impressed by their service and the way that I was contacted by them (without asking) when their online ordering wasn't working so that I could pay over the phone. They installed a high level of confidence in me.

Very friendly customer service however all insurance companies, including Simply Business, could do with bringing their prices down for small online retailers. Last year I paid 1/3 of the amount as a market trader, it makes no sense to me why the rate is so high when the risk is surely less.

The company phoned me back after the online purchase failed due to an issue at their end.

My P.L.Insurance was do to be renewed on 7/7/15 and I had an email dated 7/6/15 saying that I would recieve a quote by email within 10 days and that the payment would be on the 6/7/15.
None of the above was correct. ( apart from my policy being due for renewal on 7/7/15 )
I found out that money had been taken from my business account on 28/6/15, a week before you said it would ( I had no idea what account it would be taken from ) and I did not recieve a quote for renewal or information about what card was on your files.
My funds where low in this account at the time you took the money because I had bugeted for it coming out WHEN YOU SAID.
The payment went through but it did leave me in a difficult possition. I am not pleased with your service and I will review my business with you next year, Possibly going elseware .

Thanks for giving us this feedback. I am sorry that there has been some confusion with the emails we sent about the automatic renewal.
I have checked your account and I can see that emails were sent on 7/6/15, then 16/6/15 and finally on 28/6/15. The second email informs you that the payment is due to be taken within 10 days. The payment is always taken from the original card used.
I am sorry that you are not happy with this process. Please can you let me know if you would like me to take you out of continuous cover in future?

Really good service and quick response . Would have been an excellent but we did receive a couple of calls asking if we wished to take out insurance after we had actually taken out a policy.

did not like the fact that i only had 24 hours to open my documents.3 times i had to get them re-sent. there is no security implications, it was just an inconvenience.

Thanks for your feedback. Our system email can be refreshed after 24 hours and the documents are sent as pdfs which you can save to your pc/laptop/tablet.
However, I know I like having documents in an email I can access anytime, so I have sent you the documents again in this way.
