I liked the fact, that unlike many insurance companies, you are willing to insure the landlord's fixtures and fittings without insuring the building structure, which is already insured by the freeholder.

Very reasonable prices for a small business.
Seller listened to my needs and explained each policy well. I asked that he email me the polices before I made a decision and for him to call me back. He followed through with all this.

Its difficult to provide a single rating for a service I have never had to use, however just two minor comments.
1) I was disappointed at the increase in premium from last year - bearing in mind I am extremely low risk and I haven't had any claims, I feel very much like the customer who is subsidising everyone else!
2) I was completely taken off guard when the premium was taken 9 days in advance of the due date - I have now found this in the very small print!! It caused me to overdraw which i'm not very happy about.
E mail is great if you keep up with it. I sent a message requesting to talk to someone as my credit card details were incorrect. Before I got a phone call I got another e mail telling me my credit card details were incorrect!
The person I spoke to, though, was most helpful and apologetic.
Used Simply Business for several years . Only once had an issue and that was with the advisor's attitude and lack of knowledge on employment law . That was sorted out quickly and easily. Have never made a claim and that is always the test of a company, so I sincerely hope that Simply Business vet their providers . As things stand I would happily recommend Simply Business .

With our continuous cover process, two emails are sent to you prior to the payment being collected to let you know the date it will be taken and your current insurers quote. If you would like me to opt you out next year and a consultant can give you a call and talk you throug of the automatic renewal for next year, please let me know.
