Service couldn't be better. Extremely helpful when a lot of others had failed!
Have paid for service but nor received unlock code awaiting a reply regarding lock code.

Dealt promptly with a claim last year. However was a little surprised that this year's renewal payment was just taken from my bank account with no warning or prior contact to see if I wanted to renew.
This is the first time I have used a landlord policy. Hope everything works out. Forms were easy to complete.

Just to clarify, we do always offer the very best prices we can and our general feedback is that these are very competitive. However it is up to the insurers themselves to decide the prices they are willing to offer.

But you can't judge an insurance until you make a claim!

I had submitted an e-mail enquiry previously and, whilst i received an e-mail saying someone would be in touch, they never got back. However, I rang and spoke to Kelly McLaurie who was excellent in dealing with my request there and then
Spoilt by sending these unnecessary emails and surveys, no one takes any notice of them so don't bother
