It is always a good service but I received too many phone calls reminding me to renew the insurance. I must have received three in one day. Too much. One is enough and one email is fine

Customers should be offered an option to provide/or not to provide their phone number on the online form. Cold calls are generally not welcome.
Brilliant customer service. And quick and easy
No response to my email questioning large increase in insurance premium, then just took the money 5 days before policy ran out.

I found a cheaper comparable policy on comparison sites yet simply business did not match it. Simply business apparently said they did not receive my emails regarding this problem. However once I had spoken to them they did offer me a £10 goodwill payment which covers the difference. Auto renewal is problematic as it doesn't find you the best price. They need to rectify this and reward loyal customers. I trust the payment will arrive? Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback. As we are an online broker, the prices are generated direct from the insurers and therefore we are unable to price match.
We do encourage all of our customers to contact us so that we can find the most competitive price at the time if they remain unhappy with the amount generated.
