the renewal was sent but it had gone up without me making any claims.I did not want to renew but they took money out anyway.I will be taking this further but busy with work so not had time.
Poor understanding of the specific PI required by architects initially gave me little confidence the product being sold was correctly tailored for my specific needs, and a typo in the old contract left me vulnerable to potential problems. But the second advisor sorted it out, the wording was revised, and I'm covered correctly. Doesn't inspire confidence in the system should I ever need to claim, which hopefully I won't, but that IS the point of insurance afterall. A piece of paper and a reasonable price is worthless if it doesn't actually protect my risk.

Really helpful when I phoned with a question prior to renewing my policy
Put up premium by 25% for no reason so lost the business
I was happy with how easy it was to get my insurance, but I sent email before buying the insurance with a question, but never had an answer I could not wait any longer for a response as I needed the insurance quickly. Trevor
I had my renewal for the year but it was up a bit from the year previous , i queried this and it was reduced to less than last year so very pleased

Very good. Explained in great detail. Very satisfied.
But i was disappointed with the quote which was about £40.00 more than last year sent email to ask why and had no reply. so you are lucky this time i stayed if it igoes next year will look to go elsewhere.

Good is slightly better than I want to give them and poor is slightly worse. An insurance renewal coming through with a huge increase and no explanation isn't something I would describe as good. However when you talk on the phone the staff are pleasant and hellful
