I cant speak highly enough about this, I get the renewal in and don't have to do anything to do to renew if I want to continue. The payment comes off and the information comes in. It is so easy.

Honestly, I took out your insurance so you don't need to harass me with 1000 phone calls. I will never put my phone number into a price comparison site again! Literally, 6-7 times a day and it was not convenient!

I have put "poor" because I find it very annoying that their automatic renewal each year puts the premium up by 15-20%, but when I challenge them they are miraculously able to find a much lower quote from the same provider. This feels like sharp practice at the expense of less wary small business customers. Apart from that I have found them to be efficient.

I am disappointed to read that you are unhappy. The way our automatic cover works is that the renewal quote is generated by your existing insurer, they dictate the price. As you have discovered it is always worthwhile calling us to see if we can run through a new quote, at which time the insurers on our panel can sometimes offer more competitive pricing.

Hello Nadia,

I apologise that you are not happy with my response. I am sorry that you feel we do not have our customer's best interests at heart. We do our best to provide a good service.

We cannot and do not advise customers, this is because we are regulated as non advisory by the Financial Conduct Authority. The automatic renewal quote is provided with the existing insurer with details given by the policyholder at the point of purchase. This is an automated process, with pricing generated by the insurer.

Our first email sent 30 days before the renewal is a reminder, it also allows people to opt out of continuous cover as well as to call us.

With the insurers on our panel their rates can change on a daily basis, which may reflect in a higher or lower premium. It seems that this has resulted in lower pricing for you.
