When is my fifteen % discount cheque being forwarded?
The gentleman I spoke with was brilliant, although I cannot remember his name it was an Indian name, but he was absolutely lovely, friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you.

Communication between the different organisations is terrible, when I called the part where you buy the insurance they couldn't tell me anything about an ongoing claim to do with a bungulry and advised that I speak to the under writers, however actually I couldn't speak to them because they are over seas. I'm now left waiting for the loss adjuster to contact me. The claim can't proceed until the loss adjuster can speak to my ex tenants insurance which is impossible now because they are leaving and were very unhelpful. So basically lack of communication, you don't care that my garage is destroyed due to mindlessness and is becoming more and more damaged everyday and I have carefully bought this years insurance elsewhere.

Keep up the exellent work.
Just a suggestion...when you send out renewal emails, it would be handy to be able to identify which policy it is from the message header by way of a postcode or street name. I would find this very helpful as I have numerous insurance policies it can be a nuisance to have to fully open the email attachments in order to find out what policy it is. My husband agrees with me ( which is a rareity!) that this would be helpful too.

Excellent customer service - spoke with Neil Armstrong, so friendly and helpful and efficient.
Called me from an online quote, went through all points of cover, discussed all possible options. Made it simple enough to understand and was happy to call me back with prices and I was even happier to buy insurance on the spot based purely on the service provided by him, nice to speak to a real life human being with good chat and knowledgeable too, credit to your company!

Had a very good relationship for many years, but the problem we may have in the future is agreeing cover of £10m from £5m. We would almost certainly never get local authority work with only £5m of cover. Getting extra cover for certain contracts is not a very good way of moving forward for our company.
Very helpful member of staff who even re-ran the quote and managed to get price a bit cheaper. Would recommend to others. Thank you
