Really easy service to use, and communications are quick and helpful.
The company is great and the people on customer service are lovely, however, the insurance goes up each year and I wasn't able to find out why. I think that I should have been made aware of any changes to my policy and ASKED if I want to pay more for these rather than just having more money taken from me without warning.

I would prefer not to have automatic renewal payment. In addition, the decision to stop issuing a certificate is a poor decision as I am required to display one.

I thought that the service, initially was excellent. However I have had a number of problems with Premium Credit which has resulted in Simply Business threatening to cancel my policy. Premium Credit's customer service is letting the policy underwriters down. There customer service is awful

Well having read some of the negative comments I hope I have made the right choice .I certainly do NOT want any automatic renewal, that is one thing that will make me leave .Other than that the process of applying for a policy was easy.
Good service, easy renewal. However, I had to tell them to remove the auto renew on my policy. Which they automatically apply, whether you want it or not.
Simply business is excellent for the reminders it sends and the prompt telephone answering. On this occasion although I have renewed I felt the quote was probably not the best which could have been achieved but had no time to check that further so for now I remain a customer.
