We have had a job trying to run off the details and they do not stay on for long - but now have arranged for our details of insurance to come through as an e-mail. It is quite tricky for me to set up with a new broker..
As I have insured several properties with you I do not want to pay £15 for each to receive hard paper copies, although I would much rather have them as I am not that brilliant with computers. My husband has come to the rescue for me now I think!

Quote process was straight forward. Having not made my decision a helpful follow up call from Simply Business clarified several issues and I accepted a modified quote. A good first experience.

In regards to the renewal we do send 3 emails out to you prior to the renewal going through however we do appreciate these can be missed.
With your policy once it has renewed you do still have a 30 day period to check your cover to make sure it still suits your needs.
I have arranged for one of our renewals consultants to give you a call to discuss your options.
Recently had to cancel landlord insurance and replace it with a policy that would cover the property whilst empty.
Customer services were very helpful and quick to get the new policy in place.
I'd recommend Simply Business.
