They are always willing to help. However they do not review renewal quotes unless you contact them.
Very good service can't fault it yet
Furious that we took out a policy with you on a Wednesday and on the Thursday a female telephoned our business number and refused to speak to the business partner. Despite the business partner stating their position the caller refused point blank as apparently on the records it only shows one name.
Upon receiving this information from the other business partner one would have thought the caller would have had the decency to check their records and would have been able to verify what was saying was correct and therefore enter into conversation. Also it would have given the caller the opportunity to update the records to that fact that any one from Simply Business is able to speak to either business partners! It is not difficult.
Disappointed to see that I could have saved about £20-30 by pretending to be a new customer rather than a loyal one.
Everything was easy to go through and set up.
Very helpful on the phone. The written quote was more expensive than the online search on their website.

Prompt service but Simply Business had offered automatic renewal on a policy no longer available. This only came to light when I challenged the proposed increase in premium and obtained the appropriate cover through them at a significant saving with a different provider.
Expensive but now i am committed.
I am looking forward to good customer services shold I need it.

Thank you for letting us know you are having trouble downloading the documents from the link in our email. I have now emailed your documents as pdf attachments. I have also arranged to have your schedule and invoice posted to you.
Easy to use website with all the detailed policy info available. Proactive phone call after I left the site after the first visit. Could be an annoying sales intrusion, however, in my case it helped me answer a couple of questions I had and helped steer me to the correct policy choices. There was no pushy 'buy it now then' talk which was good. I was then able to consider the options in my own time and purchase on-line.

As a new customer I found them Quick, efficient and easy to deal with. Most importantly they offered me a very good price for the insurance I wanted, plus cashback!
