good service and clear as to what the policy covers
The person I spoke to on the phone when buying my insurance was very helpful.

i was very upset by the response I got on the phone. I was cross that you had taken over £500 from a non business account without any quotes from you. when I rang to complain I was told you don't send quotes or let us know you are taking the money. as it is I have nothing to do with my husbands business any more, we could have separated since last year and that amount of money could have left me in finance difficulties. we will not be renewing with you next year
Would have been 'excellent' had not the like for like cost risen considerably since last year - why? That apart, I have no complaints.
I have a good deal from a provider through simply business but I was given different quotes on 3 different occasions and other family members have been given very significantly different quotes for the same requirements
It was easy to renew my policy. I was advised in plenty of time that it was due to expire and sent a new policy for renewal in good time.

Policy renewed without any prior contact or approval. Policy increased by £80, an unacceptable and unjustified increase of 30%.

Thank you for your feedback. We do generate the automatic renewal with the same insurer you had the previous year as you have agreed to a contract with them. This can sometimes result in you receiving higher premiums from your insurer due to rate changes and other factors from your insurer which unfortunately we have no control over.
If our customer are ever unhappy with their renewal quote we do encourage them to contact us as we can see if we have any cheaper insurers on our panel. Please call us on 0333 014 6683 and we can look into this further for you.
I hate automatic renewals. Give the customer a choice without us having to phone you and cancel.
