Hard to comment on customer service as I undertook the majority of my application for insurance online. I did however contact the company to ask for a certificate of insurance but was told they don't supply them. On this note I was disappointed.

One comment I would make: I have 4 properties insured with you and never know which you're referring to from your emails or documents without digging. Please put the address somewhere prominent... Otherwise I'm a happy camper.

I'm not keen on the automatic renewal system but when I failed to act fast enough and paid a too large quote SB were quick to respond when I contacted them and offered a competitive amendment and refund.
