Simply Business announces official ten year partnership with Whizz Kidz
Simply Business is thrilled to announce a ten year partnership with Whiz Kidz, the charity providing independence and freedom to children with disabilities.
The partnership launches with an official donation from the UK’s biggest business insurance provider. This will be used to provide equipment for young disabled people in Northampton and London, the locations where Simply Business is headquartered.
Over 350 employees marked the partnership with a ‘Go Green Launch Day’ where they dressed in green to show their support for their new charity.
The partnership includes a commitment from Simply Business to raise £150,000 over the next three years. This amounts to enough funding to clear the Whizz Kidz waiting list for vital mobility equipment in Northamptonshire and London.
Jason Stockwood, CEO of Simply Business said: “We’re incredibly proud to announce our partnership with Whizz Kidz. The work they do to provide young disabled people with the equipment necessary to provide not only comfort but also independence is so important. Over the next few years we’ll work with Whizz Kidz in every way we can to hit our goal, and I know the entire Simply Business team is with me in saying we’re ready for the challenge, and excited to get plans underway.
