Internal Communications Manager

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Working in a growing Insurtech business you’ll take a lot of ownership within Internal Comms, you’ll cover projects that span months while pivoting into quick turnaround and high priority communications.

Reporting to Pegah (Global Head of Internal Communications and Engagement), you’ll be given empowerment and trust to really own your channels and manage stakeholder relationships.  You’ll have the freedom to stamp your own ideas and improvements into an already fantastic team.

This role is a fixed term contract for 9 months.

As one of our Internal Communications Managers, you’ll:

  • lead on the delivery of a number of London and Northampton communications - from creative brief to planning, delivery and measurement
  • plan and deliver monthly Town Halls for the UK business with emphasis on the customer and alignment to our UK strategy
  • own and support end to end planning and delivery of multiple strategic SB events
  • own the global Communications Plan and publishing planner - ensuring input from the team as well as timely engagement with key business stakeholders
  • gather and use regular feedback and measurements to refine and improve SB communications, channels and event - and advising the team accordingly
  • actively support senior leadership members and partner with teams across SB to deliver key communication and events in the SB calendar 

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • a confident, tenacious, and trusted communications partner
  • a skilled and meticulous copywriter with change communications expertise
  • able to generate new ideas to positively impact communications
  • able to own internal communication events / channels from strategy through to delivery
  • able to provide input into the communication strategy, plans, and messaging 
  • able to refine content and delivery to maximise reach and impact
