We spoke to Sam Setork, manager of London Wide Lettings, about the role that letting agents can play in the property rental process.

Lots of landlords use letting agents to find tenants for their properties, and many also use the management services provided by agents. We spoke to manager Sam about the tasks that letting agents take on, the marketing channels that they typically use to find tenants, and some of the pros and cons of working with a letting agent. Sam also spoke to us about the fees and commissions that these companies tend to charge, and the process of deciding on the rental price of a property.
