We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join the Management Support Team in London.

Here's what you will be doing:

  • providing first-class day-to-day EA support to four leaders in: Tech, Product and Data & Analytics
  • acting as a main point of contact and gatekeeper for diaries and availability 
  • extensive diary management – planning and scheduling meetings and appointments (this involves lots of juggling of diaries and meeting room bookings)
  • some email and inbox management
  • organising team away days – sourcing new innovative venues
  • organising travel, visas, hotels, cars and creating detailed travel itineraries
  • administrative support: managing expenses, raising POs/invoices, booking couriers, minute/note taking, ordering catering for meetings, greeting guests, etc.  
  • liaising with internal/external customers and suppliers  
  • managing projects and conducting research
  • preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • opportunities to join social committees to help plan company events

We're looking for someone who is:

  • well established in working as a PA/Executive Assistant
  • able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • strong with coordination and organisational skills
  • able to multitask and manage high work volumes 
  • excellent with their IT skills 
  • exceptional in written and oral communication 
  • high on integrity, honesty and reliability 
  • excellent with time management skills
  • knowledgeable of London restaurants and social venues
  • positive and outgoing in their personality and is a team player, who’s happy to muck in and go that extra mile

A few more details about the role

  • as an Executive Assistant you will manage the diaries of four members of the executive leadership team.  
  • you will give high quality administrative support and act as a gatekeeper to ensure the right priorities are kept at the top
  • you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to adapt your approach to deal with a variety of people in a way that reflects Simply Business’s values.
  • being super organised, proactive and great at time management are all must haves
  • you will manage four diaries, work across different time zones, book travel, prepare for meetings and manage events when required 
  • you will help make the best use of time and suggest better ways of working to find efficiencies
  • you will also help in keeping our social culture alive, so if you’re great at arranging social events this is the role for you!
