We need a Team Manager to join us in Northampton.

You will manage the day-to-day running of a team of consultants. You will also motivate and coach the team/individuals to meet the required  targets, productivity measures and standards and will develop the team to ensure efficient delivery of a consistently superior customer experience.


As a Team Manager you will:

  • lead and motivate a team to achieve and exceed performance targets understand consultants development needs and support these through effective coaching & guidance 
  • support consultants development through their Competency Framework and Simply Skillz utilizing the systems and processes available
  • monitor and evaluate individual and team performance through regular in the moment feedback, 121s and monthly review meetings 
  • identify trends in individual, team and department performance and suggest and implement any identified opportunities to improve 
  • use data to produce action and development plans 
  • manage your team in line with Company Policies ensuring you remain up to date with these
  • be a role model to your team and peers including inclusion, values and Leadership habits
  • partner with Support Team Managers to to ensure that your teams performance adheres to all compliance and quality standards, particularly FCA Regulations and Data Protection requirements
  • ensure the wellbeing of your team is a priority, effectively balancing the needs of individuals whilst considering the business impact

What we are looking for:

  • ability to inspire, lead & motivate a team to achieve targets 
  • experience of managing or coaching a team or individuals to achieve high standards is highly desirable
  • experience of setting objectives, delivering feedback and supporting development plans good organisational skills and highly motivated proven successful background in a Contact Centre environment
  • self-motivated and able to work on own initiative able to work in a team environment, good at working effectively with others a target-driven approach 
  • experience of People Team/HR processes and policies is highly desirable
  • confidence to challenge current ways of working openness to change and ability to manage others through change
