As a Finance Business Partner, reporting to the VP of Finance, you will play a key role in the next stage of our journey by partnering with business stakeholders and impacting our financial and commercial strategy. We are looking for someone that enjoys collaborating with stakeholders on new initiatives, leveraging detailed analysis of financial results to influence strategic decisions, and developing deep relationships with stakeholders.

As a Finance Business Partner you will:

  • Partner with key business areas on the development and execution of strategic and financial imperatives 
  • Drive performance led discussions with appropriate business stakeholders 
  • Prepare monthly reporting and analysis for key financial and operational metrics
  • Develop financial models used for a variety of business needs, including evaluation of distribution and commercial opportunities 
  • Support the annual budgeting cycle, partnering with leadership to understand strategic priorities and develop revenue/expense targets 
  • Support the accounting team on the monthly financial close
  • Gain deep understanding of the SB US business, helping to identify underlying financial trends and to craft solutions to address customer and marketplace needs

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of finance/accounting experience
  • MBA and/or CPA preferred
  • Data oriented, with an analytical mind
  • Excellent excel/financial modeling skills
  • Strong communication skills, including proven ability to influence
  • Experience in a cross functional and collaborative work environment
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work autonomously in a fast paced and changing environment 
  • Ability and desire to problem solve from identification through to solution
