We are looking for a Shared Services Finance Business Partner to join us in our London offices!

Here's what you will be doing:

  • working closely with the executive management team to drive the long range Shared Services strategy, making sure it’s supported by the right short-term decision making
  • driving alignment across a wide range of global stakeholders
  • taking ownership of the cost base, ensuring performance to plan and driving efficiencies
  • continuously driving optimisation through insightful analysis and close collaboration with technology and product partners
  • developing a suite of financial MI that will drive operational efficiencies and executive level decisions
  • supporting business investment decisions by understanding the global long range plan and building articulate business cases for senior management to understand

A few more details about the role:

  • you’ll have ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functionality for Shared Services, coordinating globally
  • there’ll be development of reporting, including the creation of KPI reports which will enhance performance, operational efficiency, and profitability
  • you’ll be leading the capital development and inter-company transfer pricing processes
  • it’ll include creation of business cases for tech initiatives
  • it’ll include direct line management of one FTE while playing a lead role in aligning global finance business partners to support the Shared Services deliverables

We are looking for someone who is:

  • a qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE and prior experience working in a similar role
  • a self-starter, highly-motivated, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • able to provide insightful challenge to senior executives
  • collaborative and engaging, with an influencing communication style
  • a core influencer, forward-thinker, and excellent communicator 
  • able to turn complex financial data into meaningful management level information
  • experienced in owning the reporting of monthly financial results for communication to leadership teams and Parent Company stakeholders
  • experienced in presenting oral and written financial information
  • experienced in staff management and aligning a wide range of stakeholders
