We’re looking for a Head of Risk Pricing, Data and Analytics to join the MGA team in London or Northampton.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • leading the pricing strategy for our four brands so that we meet our targets across the SME market
  • building our data strategy as we look to optimise the use of data in our decision making processes
  • growing our analytical capabilities through the use of predictive analytics and machine learning
  • providing leadership and support to the MGA to encourage an engaging work environment
  • working with third-party capacity providers to help us meet targets and build trust in the MGA’s strategic plans

We're looking for someone who is:

  • able to deliver complex pricing strategies to optimise profitable growth
  • comfortable dealing with complex data and simplifying the analysis into commercial strategy
  • a great people leader with experience of developing high performing teams
  • experienced delivering third-party data benefit
  • self-motivated to get things done to a high quality
  • able to deliver numerous commercial strategies successfully across our target markets

  • you’ll play a significant role in building a high performing team culture and driving engagement across the department
  • the role sits on the MGA leadership team
  • you’ll deliver against strategic priorities for the UK exec team
  • you will report in with the managing director of the MGA 
This role is regulated by the FCA and it will have specific responsibilities under those regulations. We'll explain these to you as part of the hiring process.

If you're applying for a role in which you'll performing Senior Management Functions under the Senior Manager and Certification Regime (SM&CR), you'll also be subject to enhanced check and referencing in accordance with the FCA's guidelines.
