How to change details on your policy or update your contact information
You can change details on your policy and update your contact information in your online account. If there are changes it's very important that you let us know straight away.
To update your contact details:
- Login to your secure online account
- In the top right corner of your main account screen, click the 'Update details' link
- Use the fields on the form to change and save your contact details
- Any changes to your name, business name or address will automatically be updated on your policy
N.B. If your business status is changing , e.g. from a sole trader to a limited company, please follow the steps below.
To change details on your policy:
- Login to your secure online account
- Click the 'Manage my Policies' button
- On the row showing the relevant policy, click the drop-down menu and choose 'Change policy' then click 'Go'
- Type the details you wish to update into the comment box and click send.
- The information will be sent to our customer service team who will contact you to update your account.
This may take up to 48 hours.
