Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
Simply Business Company registration number: 03967717 whose registered offices is at 1 Finsbury Square, London, EC2 1AE (“we”, “us” or “our”) are the promoter. By entering into this competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
To enter the competition you need: (a) To be a UK resident; (b) To be at least 18 years old; (c) an active email account;
The competition is not open to Simply Business (or any other group company) employees or their direct relatives.
All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Using a false name, business name, address or email account will result in disqualification from the competition.
Each entrant can only have a maximum of one entry to the competition. Only one entry per email address will be entered into the competition and if you provide multiple entries using the same email address, we reserve the right to withdraw you from the competition.
To enter, each participant must: (i) complete the survey (ii) provide a contactable email address in case you win.
Illegible and/or incomplete entries (as determined at the sole discretion of the promoter) will be deemed invalid.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are invalid, incomplete, illegible, lost or delayed in transit, or which fail to be properly submitted.
Ten winners will be selected at random from all entries received by 23.59hrs (local UK time) on Tuesday 23rd February 2016.
There are ten £100 vouchers for John Lewis only. We will send an email to the winners within 7 working days of the closing date for this competition using the email address provided by the winner when they entered the competition. This email will inform the entrant that they have won. In order to claim the voucher, the winner must reply to this email within 7 days. If the winner does not respond to our email within 14 days, a new winner will be selected from all other valid entries received.
The promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of email address or proof of valid entry prior to awarding the cash prize to the winner. The promoter shall (at is sole discretion) determine whether the information provided by the winner is suitable for the purposes of verifying the winner. If the winner cannot provide acceptable evidence for these purposes, the winner will forfeit the prize in full and no substitute prize will be awarded.
We reserve the right to modify, alter, discontinue or cancel this competition at any time and for any reason without notice. The promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the competition or accepting any prize. Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts, excludes or limits the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its staff’s or supplier’s negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
