A property developer in Wales is offering first-time buyers an incentive to get themselves on the property ladder.
Reports by the Western Mail have highlighted the tactics being utilised by developer Charles Church, which advertises to first-time buyers that upon purchasing one of a number of selected properties, all bills be paid for the first 12-months.
"Charles Church is offering, subject to terms and conditions, the opportunity for purchasers of a new home to live without the financial implications of owning a home for 12 months," said Kath Faull, sales and marketing director for Charles Church Wales, an organisation which laid its first set of foundations in 1965.
"With no mortgage, insurance premiums and bills, purchasers will have enough spare cash to do whatever they want with it. From buying a dream car to going on a holiday of a lifetime."
Charles Church operates in a number of locations in the UK, including Scotland and north London.
