FSB draws attention to new employment guide

Small businesses should take advantage of the newly written employment guide from the Forum of Private Business (FPB), the organisation has said.
According to the forum, businesses using the updated publication will be able to learn how to avoid potential legal pitfalls.
Within the document, there is information on how employers at small to medium-sized firms can comply with the law, including details of employers liability insurance.
Philip Moody, the FPB's senior member services representative, said: "Many business owners struggle to balance running their business with the correct implementation of employment rules and regulations.
"The FPB is always on hand to help them through this minefield."
He added that the organisation's fully-updated employment guide covers all upcoming changes to the law and regulations.
Anita Dray, from Banbury Transport, said that the guide is "very useful", as well as being "value for money and peace of mind", according to the FPB's website.
