How to download your policy documents
For your convenience and to save both paper and paperwork, we don't send out your insurance policy documents in the post. Instead, we store them in your secure online account so you can access them at any time you need them.
Your documents are stored as pdfs, which means you can view them, download them and print them quickly and only the pages you need.
N.B. If you need a certificate for your public liability insurance, print the Policy Schedule document as this doubles as both schedule and certificate.
Downloading your documents
- Login to your secure online account
- On your main account screen, click on the red button 'Manage your Policies'
- In the far right column, you'll see a dropdown box which says 'View policy documents'
- Click the 'Go' button next to it
- You will see a number of documents in pdf format which you can click to open.
- Then save the pdf to your computer and print if necessary.
