Very pleased with your service I first tried to get a quote on line but it asked me to ring in and I spoke to a very helpful bloke. He then needed to check something and said he would get back to me (heard that one before!!!!) Less than 2 minutes later, not even having time to make a cup of tea, he had rung back with 2 quotes and within 5 minutes I was insured. He explained everything so I understood and explained all my options.

I applied for an online quote this morning and was then prompted to contact you by phone, I was connected to a lovely lady called Dina, although the quotes were way out of my price range, she took the time to speak to someone else to try and get the quote down, however this was also unsuccessful. She then took the time to advised me to contact the National market traders federation.
I took her advice and I now have insurance cover, cheaper and with better cover than all of the 11 quotes I had previously obtained from various other companies.
It is such a rare thing nowadays to received such fantastic customer service in a kind and caring manner.

I rang this morning to ask some questions about business insurance for my photography business. I had already received some quotes online (which was very easy).
I spoke to a very bright and chirpy sounding person called Nick. I found him to be very professional, friendly & knowledgeable. If there was anything he wasn't 110% sure about he was happy to ask your underwriter for confirmation (I always prefer that someone check, rather than assume).
I have found Xbridge very easy to deal with and will be recommending you to other people.

I tried to buy Landlord Insurance today using the website "Decision Finance". I was struggling to understand the scope of cover under the different policies shown, so I rang the telephone number quoted on the website - your company.
I was put through to Dina Cortis and I am now e-mailing to pass on my thanks for the excellent customer service that she provided me with.
I had already spoken to a number of companies selling Landlord insurance by the time I phoned Dina. Each Rep had garbled facts and figures at me at great speed. It was so refreshing to speak to Dina - she patiently talked me through the policies that I was looking at, explained the differences, and even pre-empted my questions. Our conversation concluded with me buying a policy with Zurich, feeling confident in the choice I had made, and very satisfied with the service I had received.
Dina's warmth, patience and knowledge of your products make her a credit to your company.
