Karen has built a career as a customer focused professional and brings extensive experience from the insurance contact centre market having been Sales and Service Manager for Hill House Hammond Call Centre for 10 years.
Karen joined Simply Business in 2005 and has been passionate about ensuring her team have the best training and leadership knowing it is key to delivering high service levels and to continually exceed customer expectation to Simply Business customers.
