What will your work here involve?
You will lead the L&D offering across our Northampton contact centre and London office. You will have responsibilities for all L&D related activities across the business; ranging from induction training, to developing our L&D strategy and through to management training.
You will review and build our approach to training, talent and leadership in partnership with the senior team. This will be a blended role which requires the individual to be hands on from strategy to delivery.
